a. The Supplier must notify DiTom of nonconforming product within 48 hours of discovery of the nonconformance

b. Upon the discovery of nonconforming material, any process changes or solutions must be approved by DiTom Microwave prior to the action being put into place. DiTom must still approve the incoming material for conformity.

c. Any changes in the product and/or process definition must be reported to DiTom Microwave and approved. Any changes in the process must be reported with 48 hours.

d. DiTom Microwave reserves the right of access to customer facilities, with notice, to inspect processes and quality measures related to the production of material related to DiTom production.

e. Any requirements that are provided from DiTom Microwave must be provided via the flow down to sub-tier suppliers for applicable requirements. This would include quality documents, material requirements and key characteristics where required.

f. The supplier must retain production records for a minimum of 7 years and provide the records to DiTom Microwave upon request.
